Where exactly is Hotel Bellavista located?

Hotel Bellavista is located at Via della Croce 2, in the heart of Impruneta (Florence), overlooking the town’s medieval square and the surrounding Chianti hills. It is approximately 15 km from Florence, making it an ideal base for visiting the city and exploring the Tuscan countryside.

Does the hotel have a lift?

No. The building is a historic palace dating back to 1906 and does not have a lift. The reception and guest rooms can therefore only be reached by stairs.

We recommend informing us of any mobility requirements when making your reservation.

How does parking work?

The hotel does not have private parking.

Approximately 50 metres from the hotel, there are blue-line parking spaces, which are subject to a charge from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and free from 6:00 pm to 9:00 am.

There are also two large car parks approximately 200 metres from the hotel, with completely free parking.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 3:00 pm, while check-out is by 11:00 am.

Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability. We recommend asking at reception during your stay.

How far is the hotel from Florence?

Hotel Bellavista is approximately 15 km from Florence and is easily accessible by car.

Its location in Impruneta allows you to visit Florence during the day and return in the evening to a peaceful setting surrounded by the beautiful Chianti hills.

Is there a panoramic terrace?

Yes. The hotel has a large panoramic terrace on the top floor, which is accessible to all guests.

From the terrace, you can enjoy views of the Chianti hills and the medieval square of Impruneta. It is the perfect place to relax or enjoy an aperitif at sunset.
